This is my 3rd time to travel Gyeongbuk~
I watched some Korean TV program about this city.
So I decided to visit Yecheon this weekend.
So I decided to visit Yecheon this weekend.
What a beautiful weather today.
I love 4 different season of Korea; especially fall is my favorite season.
Blue, Green and light green~ it just like a picture.
As long as I arrived it was lunch time.
Before I come here, I search for popular restaurant and I found it.
The name of the shop is Bak-dal and it is famous for Soondae.
This is a Soondae-guk. (Soup with soondae)
I really like this soup with Kimchi’s soup together.
Especially winter time it is very yum~~
Stir-fried squid.
It was delicious but little spicy.
After eating lunch I moved for seeing natural monument tree named “Hwangmok-gyun”
This tree is distributed over a wide area.
And they are protected as monument No.400.
These trees are estimated to be at least 500years old.
It looks like a giant mushroom.
There is a tower of stone.
I could not miss to put my stone with my wishes.
Next, I head for making pottery.
They made over a shut-down school and turned it into a pottery place.
This is the place for experience of pottery.
This is the kiln to make pottery.
This is the process how to make own plate.
She used the plate that already made it.
With this plate, she decorated it.
How cute is it!!
Wow.. Look at this spinning pottery.
Her hand was just like magic!
She made a one gourd-shape bottle in the blink of an eye.
After pottery experience, I went to the hyanggyo.
Hyanggyo the confucian temple and school to teach local students
in the Joseon Dynasty period .
Please refer it.
Unfortunately, hyanggyo building is now under construction.
This is a picture at the Yonggung Hyanggyo.
Meet in the fall at Yechun! 1 day trip!
Yecheon bomoon -> Yecheon Jinho international archery field->
Hoeryongpo observatory-> Lunch-> Insect museum->
Yecheon Astro-space Center->Suksong-ryoung -> Yecheon hot spring….
There are so many places to visit in Gyeongbuk Yecheon~
If I had a enough time I would enjoy hot spring~
On the way to Seoul I stop by Heoryongpo observatory.
From the observation deck overlooking the village of hoeryongpo.
In the center is rice art and left side is artificial lake.
It is something~
It is hard to believe that is rice!
This is the scene of twirl a sangmo ( the name of the hat).
This is 4 seasons of Heoryongpo village.
It is really beautiful.. Isn’t it?
This is the only one bridge that connects the Heoryongpo to the island.
Heoryongpo is very popular place to the photographer because of beautiful view.
How about travel to Gyeongbuk Yecheon this weekend?

It is a famous island village in a land with strange geographical features.
It has clean water and broad sands.
There is a natural park with a path up the mountain and
historic spots such as Wonsanseong (castle) and Bongsudae (beacon mound).
The mountain has Jangan-sa, a 1000-year-old Buddhist temple,
founded by Wunmyeong-seonsa during the Shilla dynasty period.
